Walt Disney World’s Lost & Found System

We’ve all done it. We’ve all lost a personal item at Walt Disney World. We’ve all panicked and wondered if we will ever get it back! I’ve done it too. Two years ago, I left my camera on the counter after paying for something at the register. I realized within 10 minutes of leaving Mouse Gear. By the time I ran back, it was already taken to Guest Relations (they move fast!). I immediately ran to Guest Relations, and within minutes, had my camera back in my hands!

Now the process is even better with a new automated system to help track those items down if you lose (or forget!) something while at the parks, water parks, Disney Springs, ESPN Wide World of Sports or on Disney Transportation.

Instead of making your way to Guest Relations, in 3 easy steps, you can log the item you lost onto disneyworld.com/lostandfound and cast members will do the searching for you! You will even receive periodic updates on the search for your missing item(s) whether you are still visiting the Walt Disney World Resort or have returned home.

1. Visit disneyworld.com/lostandfound using a mobile device or computer

2. Enter the information about the item you lost

3. Complete your contact information and submit

4. You will receive confirmation that Guest Relations will start looking for your item immediately

All lost items are now stored in one centralized location, a warehouse at the Disney Springs Cast Services facility. Guests have several options for reuniting with their belongings.

Walt Disney World will track your item down and notify you when you can retrieve it, all while you are still enjoying your magical vacation!
