2021 EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays

The EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays is back in all of its full glory this holiday season! Kicking off on November 26 and running through December 30, raise a glass and cheer to the holidays as you celebrate around the world!

Overview

This year, the Epcot International Festival of the Holidays kicks off on November 26 and runs through December 30, 2021.

Starting off with the basics, you’ll find 14 unique Holiday Kitchens located throughout World Showcase, the fan-favorite Cookie Stroll, Candlelight Processional, Holiday Storytellers, and so much more.


Holiday Storytellers

The Holiday Storytellers are returning this year at the festival! They can be found at each of the 11 countries on the World Showcase:

  • Mexico
  • Norway
  • China
  • Germany
  • Italy
  • America
  • Japan
  • Morocco
  • France
  • United Kingdom
  • Canada

The Storytellers appears intermittently throughout the day. Each share unique stories and holiday traditions that are observed in their native country.

Times are listed in the EPCOT Entertainment guide or near the entrances to each country’s pavilion.


Entertainment

Be sure to catch other festive entertainment found within the World Showcase:

  • Las Posadas will be performing at the Mexico pavilion.
  • The Canadian Holiday Voyageurs will be up on stage over in the Canada pavilion.
  • You can see the Chinese Lion Dance celebrating the new year in the China pavilion.
  • You can check out the Hanukkah storyteller along the promenade.
  • And Santa Claus will be getting ready for Christmas outside The American Adventure!

The Holiday Cookie Stroll returns this year! Earn your complimentary cookie as a reward for completing the confectionary collection. The delicious array of sweet treats to choose from will include cookies from five different locations throughout the park.

  • Pick up your Festival Passport, which lists the five official Holiday Cookie Stroll locations.
  • Each stop will offer a delicious cookie for purchase and a stamp for your Festival Passport.
  • Once you’ve collected all five stamps, bring your Festival Passport to the Sweets & Treats Holiday Kitchen to receive an adorable complimentary 50th Anniversary Cookie!

The Holiday Cookie Stroll can be completed at your own leisure, and you can even bring back your stamped Festival Passport to EPCOT at any time during the festival to complete your stroll. 


Olaf’s Holiday Scavenger Hunt

Join in a festive adventure around World Showcase to round up holiday traditions Olaf misplaces.

You can purchase the map for $9.99 at Creations Shop, Port of Entry or World Traveler at International Gateway. The stickers are located on the back of the map with corresponding holiday traditions for each item.

Locate mini Olaf figures strategically placed within each country around the World Showcase. They aren’t easy to find, you have to look pretty hard to locate some of them.

Once you find them all, return your completed map to the same location you purchased it from. You’ll receive a gift “worth melting for” (while supplies last).

During the Festival, ride Living with the Land for a special, sparkling boat tour. Enjoy a peaceful cruise and view twinkling holiday light displays throughout the greenhouses.

The Living with the Land attraction is located in the newly named World Nature (formerly Future World, The Land Pavilion).
