I have had the Disney Chase Visa credit card since its inception (“Day 1” card member) and use it for every single purchase I make. With each purchase I earn cash back which translates into Disney Reward Dollars. Each reward is equal to a $1 value, and can be used when vacationing at Walt Disney World on dining, merchandise, hotels, etc. It’s like earning free money!

DISNEY VISA VS DISNEY PREMIER VISA CARD
There are two versions: Disney Visa Card and Disney Premier Visa Card. Let’s break down the differences below so you can determine which is the right card for you!
Disney Visa Card
- Earn 1% in Disney Rewards Dollars on everyday card purchases. This means you earn 1 Disney Rewards Dollar for every $100 spent on purchases.
- There’s no limit to the number of Disney Rewards Dollars you can earn.
- Redeem toward products and offerings at most Disney locations, including Theme Park tickets, hotel stays, toys and more.
Disney Visa Premier Card
- Earn 2% in Disney Rewards Dollars on card purchases at gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants and most Disney locations with your Disney Premier Visa Card.
- Earn 1% in Disney Rewards Dollars on all other card purchases.
- There are no limits to the number of Disney Rewards Dollars you can earn.
- Redeem toward products and offerings at most Disney locations, including Theme Park tickets, hotel stays, toys and more.
- You can upgrade from the Disney Visa Card to the Premier Card at any time by calling 1-800-300-8575.

There are many other perks and savings you can receive using the Disney Chase Visa. You will automatically receive a quarterly newsletter outlining current perks and incentives. A PDF copy of the most recent version is always available on the Disney Rewards website to view if you need to.
There are several perks that you will find year round such as 0% financing on Disney vacations (Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and Cruises), special Disney & Star Wars character meet and greets, Disney Vacation Club (DVC) special financing and more!
There are also limited time perks as well such as discounted tickets to Disney on Ice or special events that are taking place for a short time period.

CARD DESIGNS
There are multiple card designs for both the Disney Visa Card and Disney Visa Premier Card. You can change card designs whenever you’d like, and as often as you like, just visit Chase.com or call 1-800-300-8575. See available card designs here.
REDEEMING DISNEY REWARDS
How To Redeem
If it’s your first time redeeming rewards, you will need to order a new Disney Rewards Redemption Card. Be sure to log in to your Disney account and link it to your Chase.com account. As soon as you earn 20 Disney Rewards Dollars, you can order one by going to the Disney Visa Account page and selecting “Order a new Disney Rewards Redemption Card,” or by calling 1-800-300-8575.
Activate your Disney Rewards Redemption Card when it arrives (approximate time of delivery is 2-3 weeks from the date ordered), and then you can use it at participating Disney locations to redeem your Disney rewards Dollars toward most everything Disney.
Keep in mind that it does take 2-3 weeks to receive your redemption card the first time you order one. You will need to pre-plan if you plan to transfer rewards to the card and use it on your vacation. Also know that once you have the redemption card, you will not need to order another one. Keep the one you receive and you can continue to transfer rewards to that card. Unless it’s lost, you will not need to order another one.
Note: If you transfer reward dollars to your card for a Disney vacation, and while on vacation, you use all of your rewards money. You can very easily transfer more rewards on the go (if available) to your card by visiting disneyrewards.com and clicking on My Disney Account.
