Complete Guide: 2020 Epcot International Festival of the Arts

The Epcot International Festival of the Arts instantly became a hit when in its inaugural year in 2016. Each year since the festival continues to grow in popularity and Disney continues to broaden our mind and our palette with amazing new and returning experiences. The festival highlights art in all different forms – ink and paint, photography, culinary, and so much more!

I’ve been lucky enough to visit this festival several times and I have to say, it’s one of my favorites. Think of it as a scaled down version of the International Flower & Garden Festival (which is a scaled down version of the International Food & Wine Festival). It’s small enough to enjoy every inch of it, but it packs a mighty punch. Tour the World Showcase promenade visiting with local artists, while sampling some of the globes finest culinary cuisine. Test your artist skills by joining one of the many workshops & seminars held throughout the duration of the festival.

This year the festival runs from January 17 through February 24, 2020. For 4 amazing weeks, you can experience art in a whole new way at Epcot. Be sure to add these dates to your calendar, because this festival has so much to offer, for all ages.

This year, not only do we have all-new experiences added to the festival, but 3 new films debuting in Future World and the World Showcase! The France, Canada and Land Pavilions all have new feature films opening on January 17, 2020. Be sure to check them out!

  • Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along (France Pavilion – World Showcase)
  • Canada Far and Wide in Circle-Vision 360 (Canada Pavilion – World Showcase)
  • Awesome Planet (The Land Pavilion – Future World)

This year, you can pick up a complimentary “Artful Mickey” Passholder magnet painted by Will Gay, who will be featured at this year’s festival. While they haven’t announced where you can pick up your magnet, I will suspect it’s at Mouse Gear or somewhere in the vicinity.

Passholders can also purchase exclusive merchandise and enjoy discounts on Disney on Broadway Concert Series Dining Packages by saving 10%.

FESTIVAL MERCHANDISE

Pictures of Festival Merchandise has been released and I personally could not be more elated! I absolutely love how much Figment is highlighted in this Festival. Be sure to pick up your favorite souvenir during the festival!
